Seminary Hill Cidery received updates to their beautiful Callicoon, NY site, adding an ultra-energy-efficient mixed timber and masonry round-floor production facility with a top-floor tasting room and event space perfect for enjoying the flavors produced by the cider-making masters. The building resides atop 12 growing acres featuring more than 1500 trees with over 40 apple and pear varieties. Seminary Hill is the first commercial cidery to earn a PHIUS Certification.
