Kindlewood is a neighborhood re-development in the heart of downtown Charlottesville. Originally 150 units, the site is under re-development in 3 phases that will result in a new, mixed-income neighborhood of 450 units and a community center. The apartments and townhouses are targeting Passive House level construction. We are proud to be a part of this important project in our home town.
