Carefirst Oberlin is a 45,000 sq.ft. animal hospital in Raleigh, NC. The facility has become the first Passive House certified animal hospital in the world. Equipped with kennels, cat boarding, surgeries and operating rooms, ventilation was the major challenge in this building! We were lucky to work with a deeply committed and passionate owner and Quantum Architects to make this project a reality.
