We are excited to announce that two of our projects were honored at the 2023 Phius Convention.
The Community Development Award was given to 2nd and Delaware, a 276-unit multifamily building in Kansas City. The collaborative design team consisted of Staengl Engineering, Arnold Development Group, and Jeffrey M White Architect. Additionally, Ellie Passivehaus, a 66-unit multifamily building in Seattle, secured a well-deserved Low-Rise Multifamily Honorable Mention. The design team for this project comprised of Staengl Engineering, Sound West Group, and Balance Architects. Both of these projects demonstrate visionary market rate multi-family housing. Arnold Development and Sound West Group understand how to make a profit developing super efficient, sustainable housing.
