We are pleased to congratulate Seminary Hill Cidery & River Architects on their PHIUS+ 2018 Certification! These apple & pear cider-making masters have added an ultra energy-efficient mixed timber and masonry round-floor production facility with a top-floor tasting room and event space to their beautiful Callicoon, NY site.
