Multiple iterations of energy modeling and analysis
were utilized to identify energy saving strategies
throughout the design process. Resulting strategies
included a highly efficient ICF thermal envelope,
optimized lighting design, innovative HVAC strategies
and active solar thermal heating for domestic water
and ventilation air heating.
