The building includes many green features, including an intensive green roof, a highly insulated building envelope, and an energy efficient hvac system. The HVAC system includes high efficiency heat pumps, a dedicated outside air handler, and energy recovery from exhausted building air. The design team is targeting LEED Gold for the project.
