New Offices Receives LEED Platinum:
Dovetail Construction's New Offices was
awarded LEED Platinum, the highest level of
certification provided by the US
Green Building Council (USGBC) under its
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
(LEED) rating system. The project is also
on track to be a Net Zero Energy building.
Notable energy features included a super insulated
building envelope, high efficiency LED lighting,
a high efficiency geothermal heating and cooling
design, energy recovery from exhausted ventilation
air, and a photovoltaic array to generate
